Still Me™ Activity Tracker | Person-Centred Care Health Tech | CQC Compliance Software

Hear it from Christine, in her own words

Why Still Me™ exists, what it does, and the person behind it — in under three minutes.

Read the full video transcript

When you have a loved one in care, you worry. It’s not just about their physical health, but about their spirit. You worry that the person you know — the one with all their incredible stories and that unique spark — is fading. You see the person they are inside, but too often, the system just sees a condition.

What if we could change that?

That’s why I created Still Me. It’s an activity tracker designed to remember who a person used to be, putting their identity right back at the heart of their care. We’ve built a platform that helps care providers meet key CQC compliance goals while focusing on the individual.

Our platform brings together six core products:

  • AI Activity Tracker — logs engagement and mood before and after every session
  • Family Dashboard — sends relatives a warm daily update
  • Activity CPD Dashboard and Staff CPD Dashboard — track training compliance across your whole team
  • Person-Centred Engagement Packs — tailored activity content built around each resident’s own life story
  • CQC Evidence Pack — generates a single, inspection-ready document in one click

Still Me is the only platform in the UK that combines resident engagement and staff training evidence together, covering CQC Regulations 9, 10, 13, 17 and 18.

We built Still Me for the full spectrum of regulated care — care homes, homecare agencies, hospitals, children’s homes, mental health units, and supported living. An activity coordinator logs a session in under sixty seconds, and Still Me automatically builds the CQC evidence trail behind the scenes. No extra paperwork. No scrambling before an inspection.

The inspiration for Still Me came from personal experience. I’ve spent thirty-five years in the care sector, and after losing my twin brother Christopher, I saw firsthand how easily a person’s identity can get lost in their care journey. I built Still Me, inspired by his memory, for every person who is still that same person inside.

It’s time to move beyond just tracking conditions. It’s time to start tracking identity.

See how Still Me can transform person-centred care in your setting. Book a free consultation today, and let’s talk.

Still Me™ is the only platform in the UK producing a single combined CQC Evidence Pack PDF that links staff CPD training directly to the resident outcomes that training produced — covering Regulations 9, 10, 13, 17 and 18 in one inspection-ready document. No other platform does this.

“I want them to remember again — if only for one minute — who they used to be.”

Still Me™ was built by Christine Crowle — a care professional with 35 years of experience, who has owned and managed care homes in the UK, run a care agency in the USA, and delivered training through registered NVQ and CNA schools on both sides of the Atlantic.

In 2023, Christine lost her twin brother Christopher. Witnessing what happens when people in care lose their sense of identity — when they stop being seen as the person they were — changed everything. Still Me™ is her answer.

This is not a technology company that stumbled into care. This is a care professional who built technology to solve problems she lived every single day.

“Every resident in every care home is still that person inside. Still the person who had a favourite newspaper. Still the person who loved to dance. Still the person whose story deserves to be told and remembered. Still Me.”
Inspired by Christopher. Built for every person who is still that person inside.

Families see their loved one’s day, every day.

The Still Me™ Family Dashboard sends a personal daily update — activities attended, mood before and after, and a note from their key worker. Families stay connected from anywhere in the world.

Personal note — 4 June 2026
Margaret had a really lovely morning. She lit up completely during the music session — she told us about dancing at the Hammersmith Palais in the 1960s and had everyone smiling. She remembered the name of every song.
She was a little tired in the afternoon, which is normal for her on Wednesdays, but she still joined us for puzzles and finished two pages. She asked if you’d be visiting this weekend.
